At 108 Customs, we strive for perfection. To ensure the highest quality results and clear expectations, the following terms and warranty conditions apply to all our vehicle wrap services.
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Installation Warranty (12 Months)
We guarantee that our application will not lift, peel, or bubble due to installation errors for a period of 12 months from the date of collection.
Covered: Lifting edges, adhesion failure, and bubbling in concave areas.
Not Covered: Damage caused by stone chips, road debris, accidents, pressure washing, or chemical spills.
Material Warranty (Manufacturer)
The vinyl film itself is covered by the manufacturer (e.g., 3M, Avery Dennison) against excessive fading, cracking, or delamination.
3–5 years (depending on brand/finish).
2. CRITICAL CONDITIONS & LIABILITY
Our warranty and liability cover only vehicles with original factory (OEM) paint in good condition.
Resprayed / Repaired Parts: If your car has been resprayed or repaired (smart repair), we cannot guarantee the paint’s bond. We are not liable for paint that lifts or peels during the installation or removal of the wrap.
Vehicles Older than 3 Years: Wrapped at the owner’s risk regarding paint condition upon removal.
Dust & Imperfections
We work in a professional, clean workshop, not a NASA laboratory. While we take every precaution, minute dust particles may occasionally be visible under the film. This is the industry standard for aftermarket wrapping and is not a valid reason for a refund or refusal of delivery.
Sensors & Safety Systems
Parking Sensors: We wrap parking sensors individually to ensure they continue to function. However, we cannot guarantee 100% sensitivity on every vehicle model.
Radar/Lidar: We do not wrap over radar plates (e.g., adaptive cruise control) as this interferes with safety systems.
Emblems & Badges
We remove emblems to wrap underneath them for a cleaner look. If an old or brittle emblem breaks during removal, replacement costs are for the customer. We can order new black/original emblems upon request.
3. WORKMANSHIP & PROCESS
Professional Disassembly
Unlike budget services that cut on the car, we believe in a seamless finish. To achieve this, we disassemble essential parts (such as door handles, mirrors, lights, and window trims) as standard procedure. This allows us to wrap deep into the edges so your original paint does not show.
Location of Work
In-House: All premium color change projects are performed at our specialized workshop to control temperature and dust levels.
- On-Site (Mobile): We can work at your location only if the workspace meets our strict standards: it must be enclosed, clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled (min. 20°C).
- Right to Refuse: If the location is too dirty or cold to guarantee a quality result, we reserve the right to move the project to our shop.
No Self-Supplied Materials
To maintain our quality standards and valid warranty, we do not install customer-supplied materials. We only work with professional-grade films sourced directly from authorized distributors to ensure the material is fresh and authentic.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery Condition (Clean Car)
Please wash your car 24 hours before your appointment (Standard car wash is fine, but NO WAX).
Cleaning Fee: If a vehicle arrives dirty (mud/road grime), a €45 cleaning fee will be charged.
Acclimatization
Your vehicle must be delivered the afternoon before or early morning. The metal needs to reach room temperature (20°C) for the vinyl to bond correctly.
Aftercare (First 7 Days)
Do not wash the car for 7 days after collection to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
Hand Wash Only: Automatic car washes (especially with brushes) will scratch the vinyl and void the warranty.
5. MEDIA, BOOKING & REMOVAL
Photography & Social Media
We take pride in our work. By booking a service, you acknowledge that we may take photos and videos of the project for use on our website and social media.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. License plates will be blurred or removed in all public images unless agreed otherwise.
Booking & Deposit
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates and order materials.
Cancellation must be done at least 72 hours in advance.
Undefined Removal Costs
Wrapping prices do not include future removal. Removal is charged at our standard hourly rate. Leaving a wrap on longer than its recommended lifespan (3-5 years) may make removal more difficult and costly.
